Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.) If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. The shipment may take around 3-14 days to arrive across the world in general.

Orders including Faucets, Accessories and Parts are shipped via FedEx, Amazon Logistics, USPS or other brand carriers.

International & Canada orders are shipped via carrier we selected which is in priority basis.
